He also advises clients on complex securities matters, corporate governance matters, joint ventures and strategic transactions. In addition, Mr. Freiman has extensive experience representing venture capital funds and investment banks. He is an active speaker and participant at incubators and accelerators in the New York area, focusing much of his practice on emerging technology companies and those who fund them.
