Pop N Go and Los Angeles Venture Capital Exceed Initial Sales Targets

WHITTIER, Calif., August 20, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Pop N Go, Inc. (OTCBB:POPN) announced today that Los Angeles Venture Capital (LAVC) has purchased a total of 8 machines from Pop N Go with 5 of the machines located in two major hospitals, a large amusement park (2 machines), and a chain convenience store. Three more machines will be on location next week. LAVC expects to purchase 4 more machines on August 26.

"Our business plan originally called for a minimum of 20 Pop N Go machines to be installed in 2003 with an additional 50 machines to be installed in 2004. Since we will have purchased 12 machines during the first 30 days of operations, we expect to exceed our target for machine placement by at least 50% during 2003. Pop N Go's patented popcorn delivery system is generating great sales at all of the venues. Our customers are commenting on how much they like the taste of our freshly popped popcorn," stated Tim Ritchie, LAVC's CEO.

"We're always pleased to hear success stories from Pop N Go's operators. It is especially heartening to have such a great reception at the type of venues that LAVC has been targeting. We're confident that LAVC will continue its rapid growth," said Mel Wyman, Pop N Go's CEO.
