Guardian for Disbursements enables companies to manage issued payments such as payroll checks, investment dividends, insurance claims, and other disbursements. Guardian is designed to reduce operational costs, increase protection from fraud, and provide real-time payment status visibility and control for improved service to their customers. The Trintech solution manages the entire payment lifecycle, from issue through payment approval or escheatment to state treasury departments. The system includes fully-integrated reconciliation, workflow and exception management, and unclaimed property functions. It also easily interfaces with financial institutions, payment issuing systems, and other accounting systems.

The system also offers customizable security settings to enable customer service, reconciliation and other departments selective visibility and control over payment approval, rejects and reissues. Trintech's expandable Guardian platform will support other transaction management applications to be announced in the coming months.
The Guardian for Disbursements system will be shown at Trintech's exhibit at the 2003 AFP Annual Conference, held November 2-5 in Orlando, Florida.
