The agreements calls for DIGI to create a new Image for Information Architects Corporation's premier product PERCEPTRE its web based background-checking software and for TRI Holdings Inc. to integrate Perceptre into over 11,000 of TRI Holding's Global network of Agents and Dealers. DIGI will also create and implement a marketing plan for Information Architects Corporation (OTCBB:IACH).
The business of Information Architects, through its product PERCEPTRE, is the licensing to its governmental, business to business, business to consumer and commercial sector customers of its on-line, pre-employment screening, background investigation software ordering system.
