Media Advisory -- Media Invited to Aura Satellite Commemoration Feb. 20

REDONDO BEACH, Calif., Feb. 17, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE:NOC) invites the media to attend an event commemorating NASA's Aura Earth Observing System (EOS) satellite on Friday, Feb. 20, from 8-10:30 a.m. at Northrop Grumman's Space Technology facilities in Redondo Beach.

Commemoration event participants include Wes Bush, president, Northrop Grumman Space Technology; Ghassem Asrar, NASA associate administrator; Al Diaz, director, NASA Goddard Space Flight Center; Lt. Gen. (retired) Eugene Tattini, USAF, deputy director, Jet Propulsion Laboratory; and Anne Douglass, NASA deputy Aura program scientist. A question-and-answer session will follow the speakers.
