Micron Enviro Systems Texas Well Successfully Fraced

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, April 13, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Micron Enviro Systems, Inc. (OTCBB:MSEV) is extremely pleased to announce that it has been informed by the operator on the Martex Prospect that the Stuart 60 #8 Well has been successfully fraced and is now producing oil and gas. A work over rig is scheduled to conduct the final work on the well within the next 7-10 days. Once this occurs, a more accurate flow should be established. The operator stated, "Friday, the 8th, we fracture stimulated the 60#8 with a 125,000 pound sand/foam frac with 50% nitrogen foam of 80,000 gallons. The well treated exactly as planned." There are two additional wells to be drilled on this prospect. MSEV has already paid for the costs on these two wells. It is anticipated that both of these wells will be tested within the next 60 days.

Bernie McDougall, president of MSEV stated, "This is great news for MSEV and MSEV's shareholders. Having another successful well is what we were hoping for. We still have two more wells on the Martex Prospect to drill, and we have now successfully put on line each well that we are participating in on this prospect. We are also about to frac the Pembina Well in Alberta within the next few weeks. The second quarter is shaping up to be an exciting time."

MSEV is an emerging oil and gas company that has both oil and gas producing properties. MSEV's goal is a junior oil and gas producer that focuses on the exploration, discovery and delivery of gas and oil to the North American marketplace. MSEV currently has 16 independent sources of oil and/or gas revenue. MSEV's production is from nine oil wells in Canada, and seven wells producing oil and/or gas wells in Texas. MSEV is presently involved in multiple oil and gas prospects, and continues to look for additional projects that would contribute to building MSEV's market capitalization.
