The market started off boring and lifeless on Friday then traded down till the close. The stock market closed at the lows for the session.
Some analysts think Friday's pullback is due to an overbought environment and there is no cause to "sound the alarm". All the same, our market technicians think there's a whole lot more downside ahead.
Technical indicators like Stochastics indicate the stock market is near a top and will move down. We don't think this is an unnatural event. The time is just right for a drop.
Our market technicians are convinced profits will be made by many diligent traders across the next few weeks. However, the money should be taken shorting stocks and preserving capital.
