As the client has been expanding its operations in Israel, it was in search of a CRM program that would meet its growing needs. "Holmes has six locations in Europe, alone," notes ISD's CEO, Moti Maram. "BENEFIT will do an excellent job for their customer service needs, and then they plan to expand the system to provide customer service on their exercise equipment sales, which they expect to launch in about a month. The potential for branching out within the organization is fantastic and it goes beyond these two applications."
Holmes Place is one of the world's premier fitness spa franchises, with locations in the United States and some 80 locations all over Europe. They offer a wide range of fitness services and facilities. Once BENEFIT has been successfully implemented in the local chain of spas in Israel, ISD will pursue contracts with Holmes Place at the corporate level to cover all of the franchises.
Maram projects that additional applications, managed by BENEFIT, will be needed very soon, including marketing and sales.
