S2C Secures Durosa as Aquaduct Manufacturer


VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Dec. 12, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- S2C Global Systems Inc. (Pink Sheets:STWG) announced today an Agreement with Durosa SA of Monterrey Mexico to establish production for its Aquaduct retail units. Durosa will build eight units initially in order to establish a production facility capable of producing hundreds of Aquaducts per year. Durosa intends on having the first Aquaduct completed within 30 working days of S2C signing off on the assembly drawings. "The Agreement with Durosa marks another significant milestone in S2C's growth," said Rod Bartlett, CEO; "We look forward to being associated with this high caliber firm."

Durosa, SA is a state of the art manufacturer privately owned and operated by the Duran family located in Monterrey, Mexico. Durosa has provided manufacturing and assembly for a variety of products and companies including such notables as Ford, Finning and NASA. Durosa is strategically located to cost effectively deliver units to the southern U.S. markets being targeted by S2C with access to shipping for more distant locations.
