Robeco Private Equity and Rabobank Corporate Social Responsibility successfully placed the Robeco Sustainable Private Equity fund, including parallel investment vehicles, collectively (the 'Fund') for a total commitment amount of USD 200 million. This amount is in line with its original targeted fund size. The Fund has the mandate to commit to private equity fund investments and co-investments in the following industry sectors: energy, water, waste, food and health. The Fund will be internationally diversified across stage of private equity investment, geography, sector, technology and time. To its shareholder base belong both institutional investors as well as family offices.
