Salon City Interviews Elvira

Ageless Mistress of the Dark Reveals Old Family Recipes Just in Time for Halloween in Hollyweird

WEST HOLLYWOOD, Calif., Sept. 27, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- In the spooky spirit of fun for Halloween, the fall issue of Salon City magazine includes an interview with sassy Mistress of the Dark herself, Elvira. SC's Chef Lindsay Crolius ventured into the mystic with the camp movie star and fright-night hostess, who provided Lindsay with Halloween party recipes such as "Eyeball Appetizers" that she claims are old family recipes.

The ever-entertaining Elvira also compared Hollywood to Hell, noting that she has residences in both, and "sometimes it's hard to tell the difference;" and commented that she keeps her figure by exercising until "my head spins around three times."

It's all a dark lark for the issue, which also features a gorgeous fashion spread with actress Bahar Soomekh and a look at ultra-luxe accessories.

Salon City's Press Party tour, heralding the message that the company has gone public and intends to become the number-one media company in the world branding the professional salon industry to the public, recently returned from New York City, Buffalo and Las Vegas, with Denver and Phoenix next on the itinerary. More than 50 additional cities are now being identified for hosting press party events.
