About the Author
C. C. Zwick is a ninety year-old artist and author. Retiring in 1980 after forty years in lithography, he went back to his early loves, drawing and writing, taking courses in both. With a longtime interest in nature he produces ink drawings, watercolor paintings, and miniature clay models of flowers, plants, birds, and animals. He has written and published four books, two of which, FANTASIES AND FEARS, a collection of his previously published short stories, dated 2000, and EXPRESSIONS OF LOVE, gift book, dated 2002, he has also illustrated. Both are available on Amazon.com and Barnes & Noble internet. ONCE UPON A SUMMER, juvenile fantasy loosely based on his childhood, dated 1999, and THE CULT OF AAI, novel of romance and terror, dated 1997, are no longer in print. He recently produced the cover and divider artwork for U.S. Rangers cookbook, TASTE OF INDIANA DUNES. His articles on nature and aging appear regularly in the St. Louis County Journal. An ardent golfer since his teens, he has played in over ninety courses around the country. Another interest, gardening, consumes much of his summer days. Travels have taken him to England twice, Arizona four times, Florida twice, Texas, South Carolina and elsewhere. As a father, grandfather, new great-grandfather and cancer survivor, life for C.C. Zwick continues to be a gratifying experience in his senior years.
