Telelogic Signs 578,000 Euro Agreement with European Bank

MALMÖ, Sweden and IRVINE, California - June 26, 2007 - Telelogic (Nordic
Exchange/MidCap/TLOG), today announced that it has signed a license, maintenance
and services contract worth 578,000 Euros with a leading European bank. 

Following an extensive evaluation process, Telelogic Synergy™ and Telelogic
Change™ was selected as the only solutions capable of delivering against the
bank's requirement for tighter integration between change control and their new
interactive release program. The company has standardized on Synergy within its
international division, replacing a variety of change and configuration
management solutions.
