SOYO will incorporate the Samsung 1.8 inch line of hard drives in their new Honeywell line of external USB 2.0 High-Speed Hard Drives.
Samsung currently offers the largest capacities commercially available in 1.8 inch hard drives. The Samsung SpinPoint N2 series of 1.8 inch hard drives features high capacity, high performance storage devices, which incorporate thin film metallic media technology for enhanced performance and reliability. Samsung incorporates PMR head and Noise Predictive PRML (Partial Response Maximum Likelihood) signal processing technologies in their hard drives and the SpinPoint N2 also offers many other important features, such as on-the-fly (OTF) error correction and up to 1500G of non-operational Linear shock.
