Regarding sale of the parts of the limited liability company ”Pidpriemstvo Vaizbunas”

This is to inform that AB „Hanner“ signed the Parts purchase-sale agreement
with UAB “Progresyvios investicijos” on 07 Маy, 2008. According to the above
mentioned agreement, UAB “Progresyvios investicijos” shall acquire 50 perc. of
AB “Hanner” owned parts of limited liability company “Pidpriemstvo Vaizbunas”,
established in the Republic of Ukraine, identification code 3162980, registered
in Kiev city, Dniprovsk region state administration on 3 February, 2005, record
No. 1 067 123 000 001912, address: Ukraine, 02160, Kiev city, Vozzjednannia av.
7-230, when conditions of the above mentioned agreement are fulfilled.
