Niels Hermansen resigns from the Board of Directors of IC Companys
A/S
Board member Niels Hermansen takes up the position as Chairman of the
Board of Directors of Buksesnedkeren ApS, who runs the brands Signal
and H2O. As a consequence, as at 1 August 2008 Niels Hermansen
resigns from the Board of Directors of IC Companys A/S.
The search for a new Board member will be initiated as soon as
possible.
We would like to thank Niels Hermansen for the valuable contribution
he has made in the Board of Directors of IC Companys since 2004 and
we wish him all the best in his new challenges.
