In connection with the continuing option programme at Hexagon Composites ASA, the following primary insiders have chosen to exercise the following options:

The new holding is the sum of the exercised options and previously owned share holdings.
In addition to the two above participants, 6 other employees have chosen to exercise their options. The total number of exercised options for all 8 participants is 425 000 at an exercised price of NOK 4.08.
At the Hexagon Composites ASA Board meeting held 13th August 2008, the Board decided to maintain the current level of 2 640 000 options. The exercise price for 2011 for existing participants is the closing share price at 13.08.2008 + 30%. For new participants the exercise price for 2009 will be the closing share price at 13.08.2008 + 10%, for 2010 the exercise price will be the closing share price as at 13.08.2008 + 20% and for 2011 it will be the closing share price as at 13.08.2008 + 30%.
