Hollund Industrial Marine, Inc. Announces Letter of Intent to Sell Eight TigerLynk Underwater Forest Machines for $12 Million


BRANSON, Mo., Nov. 20, 2008 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Hollund Industrial Marine, Inc. (Pink Sheets:HIMR) is pleased to announce that it signed a letter of intent to supply TigerLynk forest equipment to a private company that has secured a major underwater forest concession.

The letter of intent provides that the customer will purchase a total of eight TigerLynk forest machines over a four-year period for $12 million, or $1.5 million per machine, commencing upon delivery of the first machine. The transaction is subject to (i) the negotiation and execution of a definitive agreement and (ii) a cash deposit by the customer. The customer's name and project are not being disclosed at this time.
