FaceTime's IMAuditor and Unified Security Gateway products are integrated with Office Communications Server 2007 R2 to provide protection from in-bound malware, out-bound information leakage and to insure corporate and regulatory compliance, and are extensible to other communications modalities including Voice over IP and Web conferencing in addition to instant messaging. FaceTime's highly scalable architecture for unified communications, developed with support from Microsoft, insures that even in the event of a server failure, policies are enforced and communications continue to be archived for compliance and audit purposes. "Working closely with Microsoft, FaceTime provides a single platform for enforcing security and compliance policies consistently across instant messaging, conferencing and voice communications on the Microsoft Office Communications Server platform."
