Omnicity Announces Rescission of July 13 News Release


RUSHVILLE, Ind, July 17, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Omnicity Corp (OTCBB:OMCY) issued a news release dated July 13, 2009 indicating that Omnicity had established terms with partners of East Allen High Speed Internet to acquire the business and network infrastructure of Hoagland, Indiana based EAWiFi. The purpose of this current news release is to advise that no terms have been established with respect to any such acquisition.
