The Company hereby announces the following announcement: In the preparation of the explanatory letter that was to accompany the notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting scheduled to be held on Tuesday 15th September 2009 (as published in the announcement made on 24th August 2009), it was discovered that there were some statutory obligations that had not been fully addressed. Therefore, the meeting has been postponed until further notice.
