(Pink Sheets:RSII) (the "Company"), a publicly-traded company announced today it has signed a Master Production contract with Toonmakers, Inc., and NIC Entertainment, California based animation and production companies that provide feature films, television, commercial projects and interactive games. The contract provides a minimum of $25 million of business in the form of a series of aggregate projects with at least $20 million of the contract for animation production. The company will also obtain the financing for these requisite projects.
