Reference is made to the notice published by Aker Seafoods on September 23, 2009. The share capital increase in connection with Aker Seafoods' rights offering has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following the registration of the share capital increase, the Company's share capital is NOK 423,230,080 divided into 84,646,016 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 5. The new shares will from and including today, September 30, 2009, be tradable on Oslo Børs. It is expected that the new shares will be delivered to the subscribers' VPS accounts on or about September 30, 2009.
