NuMobile, Inc. Releases Acquisition and Greenfield Partnership Update Webcast

CARY, NC--(Marketwire - October 2, 2009) - NuMobile, Inc. (OTCBB : NUBL ) today released an
on-demand corporate Webcast focused on the Company's recent acquisition
announcements and participation in the Greenfield program. The Webcast
provides an overview of the Company's roll-up strategy, recent acquisition
of Enhance Communication, Inc., pending acquisition of Stonewall Networks,
Inc. and a possible third acquisition which could be completed as early as
year-end.
The Company's first acquisition, Enhance, has developed a proprietary large
enterprise network security technology designed for managing the unique
information management requirements of network delivered government
services and has a potential $20 million contract under development that
could be executed as early as year-end. Additionally, Stonewall Networks
has developed a proprietary software solution for mobile network security,
including an innovative security policy management product for enterprise
customers. NuMobile's anticipated third acquisition involves a commercial
software application distributed across a mobile phone network. A letter of
intent is pending and anticipated shortly.
Greenfield Partnership Program
Earlier this year, NuMobile began participating in the Greenfield
Partnership Program. The program was started to accelerate the introduction
of new technologies into emerging markets around the world where technology
buying is on the rise, while improving return on investment (ROI)
potential. Other companies currently participating in the program include
China Crescent Enterprises, Inc. (OTCBB : CCTR ) and Alternet Systems, Inc.
(OTCBB : ALYI ). These companies were chosen to participate in the
partnership program based on their technology and service offerings in
conjunction with the emerging geographic markets in which they currently
participate. NuMobile has partnerships to enter the markets of China, Latin
America and East Africa.
