IBS appoints new acting CFO

STOCKHOLM, January 15, 2010 - IBS have appointed Fredrik Sandelin as acting
Executive Vice President and CFO as of March. Fredrik Sandelin has more than 20
years of experience of executive positions in publicly listed companies in
Sweden. Fredrik Sandelin joins IBS from the communications group A-Com where he
has been CEO for the last 8 years. Previous experiences include executive
positions within Hilton/Scandic Hotels in Sweden, Executive VP and CFO at the
Scandic Group and Finance Director of Ratos.
