Eldar Farstad, SVP Corporate Group Controller of Aker Seafoods ASA, purchased 20 000 shares in Aker Seafoods ASA on 18 February 2010. 14 000 of the shares were purchased at a price of NOK 7.50 per share, while 6 000 of the shares were purchased at a price of NOK 7.40. After the purchase Farstad's total shareholdings are 40 000.
