(doing business as Far Vista Studios) entered into a licensing agreement for it to obtain the worldwide right and license to use of the trademarks and the system in connection with the operation of Run the Gauntlet in accordance with the terms of the licensing agreement. On May 14, 2008, the Company acquired Far Vista Holdings Inc.
