DynaVox Announces Pricing of Its Initial Public Offering


PITTSBURGH, April 21, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- DynaVox Inc., a leading provider of software, devices and content to assist people in overcoming their speech, language or learning disabilities, announced today that its initial public offering of 9,375,000 shares of its Class A common stock has been priced at $15.00 per share. The shares are expected to begin trading tomorrow, April 22, 2010, on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the ticker symbol "DVOX." The underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,406,250 additional shares of Class A common stock at the public offering price less the underwriting discount from DynaVox if the underwriters sell more than 9,375,000 shares in the offering.
