Students Visit Van Nuys Airport to Learn About Aviation Careers

Activities Provide an Insider's Look at the World of Aviation

 WHAT:    Over 1,200 students will attend the fifth annual Aviation 
          Career Day for high school students presented in partnership 
          with Los Angeles Councilmember Tony Cardenas, Syncro Aviation 
          and the Economic Alliance of the San Fernando Valley.  This 
          event features interactive exhibits, aircraft displays, high-
          tech video presentations and VNY airfield tours.

 WHO:     Los Angeles City Councilmember Tony Cardenas and more than   
          1,400 students and volunteers.
