ARMOUR Residential REIT, Inc. Declares Second Quarter 2010 Dividend of $0.40 Per Share


VERO BEACH, Fla., May 25, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of ARMOUR Residential REIT, Inc. (OTCBB:AMRR) (OTCBB:AMRRW) ("ARMOUR" or the "Company") today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.40 per common share for the second quarter of 2010. The dividend will be paid on Thursday, July 29, 2010 to stockholders of record on Thursday, June 3, 2010. The ex-dividend date is June 1, 2010.
