Le Cordon Bleu Schools in North America Offer New Online Degree

Online Associate Degree in Hospitality and Restaurant Management Now Available


SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., July 6, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Le Cordon Bleu Schools (LCB) in North America today announced the expansion of its online offerings by introducing an Associate of Occupational Studies degree in Le Cordon Bleu Hospitality and Restaurant Management.

Designed for students who are just starting out and those looking to advance their careers, this program focuses on specialized training in the business aspects of hospitality and restaurant management, while providing students with the opportunity to gain the knowledge necessary to pursue management opportunities. Course content is delivered completely online allowing students to access course material almost anywhere.

Course topics include, but are not limited to: Food and beverage management, wine studies, hospitality business law, dining room management and cost control. The program is 15 or 21 months in length and upon completion graduates will receive a LCB diploma in addition to their associate degree.
