Quotation Upgrade Process Now Formally Underway


NEW YORK, Sept. 8, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Total Apparel Group, Inc. ("TAG" or the "Company") (Pink Sheets:TLAG), a licensing, merchandising and distribution company focused on bringing national and international brands to the North American marketplace, announced today that it has completed its audit process and filed its audited financial statements for the years ended December 31, 2008 and December 31, 2009, and the six month period ended June 30, 2010 with the SEC.

Concurrent with this action, the Company filed a registration statement on Form 10 with the SEC, with the ultimate goal of having the Company's stock quoted on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board.
