New share issue
By a resolution adopted by the Board of Directors on 15 September 2010,
Greentech Energy Systems A/S, CVR No 36 69 69 15, (”The Company”) has resolved
to issue 900,000 new shares.
The shares will be issued as payment for The Company's acquisition of the
remaining 40% of the shares of the Italian company Energia Alternativa S.r.l.
which holds the rights to the wind turbine projects Cagliari II (24 MW) and
Cagliari III (13.5 MW).
The new shares, which will be admitted for trading on Nasdaq OMX Copenhagen
under the existing ISIN code DK001024051-4 corresponding to a capital increase
of a nominal value of DKK 4,500,000.
