Starting with 4 October 2010 the registered and paid-in fixed capital of AS “Latvijas Krājbanka” (JSC) amounts to LVL 25'824'248 (EUR 36'744'595). The fixed capital shall be composed of 25'824'248 shares, inter alia: • 25'821'414 ordinary bearer shares with voting right and • 2'834 “A” category preference bearer shares without voting right.
