Hansen Holding A/S and has received a major shareholder announcement from Financière Star 1 S.A. showing that Financière Star 1 holds 51,663,763 shares with a nominal value of DKK 10 each in Chr. Hansen Holding A/S equivalent to 37.4 % of the share capital and voting rights.
