In this new position, Samia will be responsible for managing the Company's business development efforts and expanding its market reach in the strategically-significant Latin America region.

Samia will be based out of Mexico City, where the Company plans to open a new regional headquarters for its Latin American business and corporate development efforts.

Samia most recently was Vice President and Managing Director at Hypercom, where she led the Mexico City office of 150 employees, overseeing sales of product and services in Mexico, Central America, the Caribbean and the Andean. Prior to this, Samia was Sales Director of Mexico and Central America for Oberthur Technologies, where she was responsible for establishing that company's Mexican head office and directing card sales and marketing in the banking, government and transport sectors for Mexico and Central America.
