("GHA") has launched a comprehensive patent and trademark enforcement campaign targeting infringers who provide knock off products in the nutritional supplement market. GHA owns U.S. Patent No. 7,537,790 as well as various U.S. and foreign pending patent applications, registered trademarks, and trade secrets covering and involving Irvingia gabonensis (African Mango) and it's extracts, including IGOB131®.
