Vedlagt følger en liste over handel i tegningsretter og tegning av nye egenkapitalbevis i SpareBank 1 SMN foretatt av primærinnsidere i SpareBank 1 SMN-konsernet og deres nærstående i forbindelse med fortrinnsrettsemisjonen og ansatteemisjonen i SpareBank 1 SMN.
Kjøp og salg av tegningsretter samt tegning av nye egenkapitalbevis som angitt i oversikten fant sted 20. mars 2012. Tegnede egenkapitalbevis er tegnet på grunnlag av tegningsretter og/eller rett til å tegne egenkapitalbevis i ansatteemisjonen som ansatt i SpareBank 1 SMN eller relevante datterselskaper. Alle tegnede egenkapitalbevis er tegnet til tegningskurs 26 kroner.
Tegningsperioden for fortrinnsrettsemisjonen og ansatteemisjonen er fra 12. mars 2012 til 26. mars 2012. Tegningskursen i emisjonene er 26 kroner per nye egenkapitalbevis.
Tildeling er planlagt gjennomført 30. mars 2012.
