Kapitalforhøyelsen knyttet til fortrinnsrettsemisjonen og ansatteemisjonen, samt overføringen fra vedtektsfestet eierandelskapital til overkursfondet som ble vedtatt av representantskapet 6. mars 2012 er nå registrert i Foretaksregisteret, og er følgelig gjennomført.

Den nye eierandelskapitalen i SpareBank 1 SMN er 2.484.369.320 kroner fordelt på 124.218.466 egenkapitalbevis, hvert pålydende 20 kroner.
De nye egenkapitalbevisene utstedt i fortrinnsrettsemisjonen og ansatteemisjonen vil kunne omsettes på Oslo Børs fra og med 12. april 2012. De nye egenkapitalbevisene vil bli overført til VPS-kontoene til de tegnere som har fått tildelt egenkapitalbevis 11. april 2012, forutsatt at de relevante tegnerne har betalt hele sitt tegningsbeløp.
SpareBank 1 Markets AS, SpareBank 1 SMN Markets og Swedbank First Securities var tilretteleggere for fortrinnsrettsemisjonen.
