Viser til børsmelding fra SpareBank 1 SMN 11. april 2012 vedrørende registreringen av kapitalforhøyelsen i Foretaksregisteret og utstedelse av nye egenkapitalbevis.
Det presiseres at de nye egenkapitalbevisene utstedt i ansatteemisjonen blir registrert på et eget ISIN-nr. NO 001 0635394, og at egenkapitalbevisene som blir levert på dette ISIN-nummeret ikke vil bli notert på Oslo Børs og heller ikke vil være omsettelige i en periode på ett år regnet fra registreringen av de nye egenkapitalbevisene på tegnernes VPS-konti. Etter utgangen av bindingstiden på ett år, vil egenkapitalbevisene utstedt i ansatteemisjonen konverteres til bankens ordinære ISIN-nummer, og egenkapitalbevisene vil fra dette tidspunkt være børsnotert og fullt omsettelige.
