On Wednesday, May 30, 2012, Cesar M. Garcia, IRIS' Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer and Amin Khalifa, IRIS' Chief Financial Officer will participate in the 9th Annual Craig-Hallum Institutional Investor Conference in Minneapolis.

On Thursday, June 7, 2012, Amin Khalifa, IRIS' Chief Financial Officer will give a presentation at the Jefferies 2012 Global Healthcare Conference in New York City. Mr. Khalifa, along with Yvonne Briggs, Vice President of Corporate Development, will be available for one-on-one meetings with institutional and accredited investors at the conference throughout the day.
