Evan brings more than 25 years of experience to his new role. He has worked in both Nevada and tribal gaming, including South Lake Tahoe casinos and restaurants, and most recently at Chukchansi Gold Resort and Casino. He brings a wealth of knowledge in culinary arts, guest service, training and team member development.
