RealDolmen NV kondigt aan dat het op 28 november 2012 100% verworven heeft van de uitstaande aandelen van Alfea Consulting België.
Alfea is een bedrijf van 50 medewerkers met een omzet van ongeveer €4,5m. Gevestigd in Bergen levert het BI, ECM en ERP oplossingen en diensten. De overname van Alfea past in de strategie van RealDolmen om haar singlesource aanbod in de Waalse regio verder uit te bouwen. Dusver was RealDolmen Wallonië voornamelijk actief in Infrastructure Services en Application Development. Met deze overname worden Business Solutions nu ook een onderdeel van de Waalse portfolio. De combinatie van Alfea en RealDolmen in Wallonië resulteert in een Waalse entiteit met meer dan 80 ICT-professionals, in staat een volledig ICT-aanbod naar de lokale markt te brengen.
Daar komt bij dat de know-how van Alfea verder dan Wallonië reikt en dus ook RealDolmen klanten in Brussel, Vlaanderen en zelfs Luxemburg kan doen profiteren van wat zij toevoegen aan de groep. RealDolmen klanten krijgen toegang tot een breder gamma aan competenties en technologieën en de huidige Alfea klanten, die nu RealDolmen klanten worden, krijgen toegang tot de natuurlijke uitbreidingen van de momenteel aangeboden diensten, zoals Managed Services, Cloud en Infrastructure Services om er maar enkele te noemen.

L'acquisition d'Alfea s'inscrit dans la stratégie de RealDolmen pour développer son offre Single Source en Région Wallonne. Jusqu'à présent, RealDolmen Wallonie est principalement actif dans les services d'infrastructure et de développement d'applications. Avec l'acquisition d'Alfea, Les solutions business feront désormais partie du portefeuille de RealDolmen en Wallonie. La combinaison d'Alfea et de RealDolmen crée une entité wallonne de plus de 80 professionnels capables de servir le marché local avec une offre étendue.
De plus, le savoir-faire d'Alfea s'est imposé au-delà de la Wallonie et bénéficiera aux clients de RealDolmen à Bruxelles, en Flandre et même au Luxembourg avec de nouvelles compétences ajoutées au portefeuille du Groupe. Etre un client de RealDolmen donnera désormais accès à une variété encore plus étendue de compétences et de services technologiques. Pour les clients actuels d'Alfea, devenir un client de RealDolmen donnera dorénavant accès aux extensions naturelles des services fournis jusqu'ici ; pour en citer quelques-unes : Managed Services, Cloud or Services d'Infrastructure.

The acquisition of Alfea fits within RealDolmen's strategy to further develop its single source offering within the Walloon region. So far, RealDolmen Wallonie was mainly active in Infrastructure Services and Application Development. With the acquisition of Alfea, Business Solutions will now also be part of RealDolmen's portfolio in Wallonia. The combination of Alfea and RealDolmen creates a Walloon entity of over 80 professionals capable of addressing the local market with a full scope offering.
Additionally, the know-how of Alfea has spread beyond Wallonia and will also benefit RealDolmen clients in Brussels, Flanders and even Luxembourg with new skills added to the portfolio of the whole Group.
