MUNDELEIN, Ill., Dec. 18, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Health Inventures, a surgical and physician services company based in Westminster, Colo., selected Medline Industries, Inc. as its primary vendor distribution partner for medical and surgical supplies. The five-year agreement for distribution services is expected to save Health Inventures more than $2 million per year in medical supply costs by driving distribution efficiencies over the term of the agreement.
Medline will provide its broad array of national brand medical and surgical products directly to Health Inventures network of ambulatory surgical centers, sleep centers, and physicians practices located throughout the United States from its 35 distribution centers located throughout the country. The agreement is expected to be worth approximately $90 million over the course of the deal.
