Peter Granat appointed new President and CEO of Cision


Cision AB (publ) today announces that Hans Gieskes is stepping down as President
and CEO of Cision. He is succeeded by Peter Granat, currently CEO of Cision
North America, effective immediately.

Peter Granat will remain in his role as CEO for the business in North America.

“Since Hans Gieskes came to Cision at a critical time in 2008, he has been
instrumental in the transformation of the company into a well-positioned market
leader. Also, he had an active part in the succession deliberations, in order to
ensure a smooth handover to Peter”, says Anders Böös, Chairman of the Board of
Cision.

“Now that we have concluded a number of key milestones in our turnaround and
transformation process, it’s the right time to hand over to an experienced
internal successor like Peter”, says Hans Gieskes, outgoing CEO of Cision.

A non-recurring item in connection with releasing Hans Gieskes from his contract
will amount to SEK 8 million and will affect the result in the first quarter of
2013.
