The ExOne Company Announces Appointment of JoEllen Lyons Dillon as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary


NORTH HUNTINGDON, Pa., March 11, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The ExOne Company (Nasdaq:XONE), a global provider of three-dimensional ("3D") printing machines and printed products to industrial customers, announced today that it has appointed JoEllen Lyons Dillon to a newly created position as its Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary. As Chief Legal Officer, Ms. Dillon will be responsible for overseeing all of ExOne's global legal matters. Ms. Dillon will also serve as ExOne's Corporate Secretary to the Board of Directors and will be an executive officer of the Company.

Ms. Dillon has 25 years of experience counseling public and private companies, which most recently included assisting ExOne's senior management in successfully completing the Company's initial public offering in February 2013. Ms. Dillon also has extensive experience in representing senior management teams and boards of directors. She has previously worked at two national law firms, Reed Smith LLP from 2002 until 2011 as a partner and Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC from 1988 until 2002, where she became a partner after starting as an associate with the firm.
