SUPPLEMENT TO THE NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF IXONOS
The major shareholders of Ixonos Plc, whose total vote is more than one third of all votes, propose unlike previously published, that the board of Directors will be supplemented with a new member, Ilari Koskelo, who is one of the major shareholders. Koskelo would replace the long-term board member Matti Järvinen and thus the number of board members would remain 6.
Ilari Koskelo (MBA, M.Sc) is born in 1959 and he acts as an owner-entrepreneur in Navdata Ltd. Between 2008-2009 Koskelo acted as interim CEO in Proha Plc and he is board member of Docren Group Plc and Chairman of the board of Navdata Ltd.
