Eastern Property Holdings Ltd (EPH), the Russia-focused real estate development and investment company, announces the appointment of Mrs. Olga Melnikova and Mr. Sergey Medvedev as members of the Management Committee of the Company.
The former members Mrs. Yulia Makhinova, Mrs. Medina Dietz and Mr. Andrey Zarechensky step down as Management Committee members but remain with the Company. Mr. Alexander Nikolaev remains member of the Management Committee of the Company.
