Change of name, Directorate changes, change of accounting reference date

Downing Planned Exit VCT 3 plc announces that it has today changed its name to:
Downing THREE VCT plc
The Company has also changed its year end from 31 January to 31 December. The next Annual Report will be prepared to 31 December 2013.
The Company further announces some board changes as follows:

Hugh Gillespie has resigned as a non-executive director and chairman of the Company (but will remain as Chairman of Downing TWO VCT plc, formerly Downing Planned Exit VCT 2 plc). Michael Robinson has been appointed as the new Chairman.

Roger Jeynes has been appointed as a new non-executive director
Roger is chairman of AIM-quoted Zoo Digital Group plc, Professor of Management Practice in the Lord Ashcroft International Business School of Anglia Ruskin University and a director of mxData Holdings Limited, Keycom plc and Charborough Capital Limited. He was formerly Chief Operating Officer of Interregnum plc and his early career included a number of senior technical, marketing and general management roles for IBM, EMC and Pyramid Technology. He was previously also a director of Downing Distribution VCT 1 plc (now renamed Downing ONE VCT plc).
The above changes have taken place ahead of the planned launch of a new Offer for Subscription and bring the Company in line with some changes taking place to other Downing VCTs.
