Based on application of SJSC „Latvijas Hipotēku un zemes banka” and LCD rules No 1 „On LCD participants”, Article 9 Latvian Central depository (further - LCD) board on December 30, 2013 decided to terminate SJSC „Latvijas Hipotēku un zemes banka” LCD participant status, consequently closing all SJSC „Latvijas Hipotēku un zemes banka” corresponding accounts in LCD and suspending activities of all sorts that have been assigned to SJSC „Latvijas Hipotēku un zemes banka” as a participant of LCD.
